Lucy: Morning Daily Reminder Assistant
Overview
Lucy is an autonomous morning briefing workflow for n8n. It receives raw daily tasks via a webhook, instructs a Groq-hosted language model using LangChain to format the tasks as a cheerful and witty personal assistant named Lucy, and posts the resulting message directly into your #daily-reminder Slack channel.
What It Does
- Webhook Ingestion: Listens for incoming POST payloads on the
remindersendpoint containing raw tasks or bullet points for the day. - AI Formatting (LangChain + Groq): Feeds the task list into an LLM chain powered by Groq (
openai/gpt-oss-20b). Lucy structures the tasks chronologically, adds a fresh morning greeting, and keeps the text concise. - Slack Delivery: Sends the formatted message directly into the designated Slack channel (
#daily-reminder).
